For years now i have been saying my new years resolution is to lost weight, i am 17 years old and binge on junk food about 3 nights a week, i weight around 190 pounds and want to lose some weight (not sure how much) so i can feel better about myself, i am going to be contacting my local gym about a membership but does anyone have any advice and what i should do? i have never been the gym in my life so i am quite nervous and i have never been on a diet so dont know were to go there. tips please
