I need to lose 100 pounds by 2013

I am 269 and the heavier I get the lazier I get...Everytime I start working out I feel heavier and its very difficult to keep up...I need HELP...What is the best and healthiest way to lose 100 pounds without surgery
 
Just start with looking at what you currently eat. A food diary kept for a week will help you see where you can reduce your calories. You don't have to work out in the start for weight loss, just calorie reduction will do it.

What will I do is to keep exercise and diet.
