I need to change my relationship with food, right now.

Hi. Sorry for the long title, but I'm really in an emergency because I want to change my relationship with food.

I'll start from the beginning. I am 21 years old, 6ft tall, and I weight 260lbs. Oh, and I live in Argentina so you may see some mistakes in my english (also, in my country we use the metric system so I converted everything). Also, my BMI is 41.3 in the metric system and 38.4 in the imperial system. I don't know why.
I am not going to talk about diet itself, I'm just going to talk about my relationship with food.

One month ago I went to see a nutritionist and she gave me a diet, I thought "well, nice, I'll just follow it". But boy I was wrong. I really dislike vegetables, and will only eat a few of them. If i don't eat what I really want to eat, I won't feel full and still be hungry.

I only eat what I like. That's my problem. I enjoy food. Also, I go to bed really late (3-4 am) and get up around 12 pm (I work from 15pm to 21pm). I don't exercise, I work in an office. The only "exercise" I do, is when I have sexual relationships with my girlfriend. I take my car literally everywhere, I can't even take the stairs to go to work, and it's only 3 floors!
I can't resist the temptation of eating something outside of my diet, things like Soda, Burger King, McDonalds, etc. I work near to Starbucks, BK, MC, etc, so it sucks.

This is killing me, so I need help. So far, I could only loss 2 pounds, and began making the habit of drinking 2lts per day of water.

Thank you in advance.

Hi, isVak & welcome to the forum. The only way you will lose weight & get healthy is to be prepared to make some drastic changes to your attitude towards food & exercise. This will not happen on its own. No-one else can do it for you. You have to want to get healthy more than you want to eat junk food. Seeing a nutritionist was a great idea, but taking no notice isn't. Keep trying new vegetables until you find ones you like. Anyone can change their habits, but you really have to want to. I'm sure you can if you really try.

Hi and welcome!
Here is a big advantage you have.
You are only 21 years old. You are young and that is such a plus.
You said you didn't exercise (except...well...) Anyway, are you against all exercise?
Dude... frisbie in the park or a walk is exercise or a million other things.
Also there must be some healthy foods you like.
It doesn't need to be so drastic at first. If you hate what you are eating there is no way you will be able to eat that long term. How about grilled chicken or turkey?
My point is....find the combination that you can live with.
Glad to see your interest in self improvement!
