I need to buy a blender/drink mixer?

So, I have the bullet, which is kinda lame, pretty small and hard to mix anything other than a single drink for a single person. A while back my traditional blender busted so I need your advice on buying a new one.

I needs to be easy to clean. The bullet was simple but a bit too small. Also, the bullet was plastic so after a while started to look like crap even though the machine was clean.

Blendtec. A sound investment.

I bought an Oster #6791 blender that also has a food processor attachment. At $28, the normal blender eats up a tray of ice cubes that I mix with juice/fruit and whey protein powder for a cool treat after workouts.

The food processor is simple, but, does a great job for my various salsa recipes.

You know when I read the title, my first thought that came to mind was the Bullet. lol. That thing is awesome though a bit weak chopping ice.

As for a better one, I say go to Sears or some hardware store in your country. You really can't go wrong unless you buy a really cheap brand. Try going for a range of 30~60 dollars. I use a blender that was made in 1970; owned by my parents. Pretty amazing that it last for nearly 40 years.
