My boyfriend and I have been on a diet for a little over 2 weeks...we had a very specific diet plan and it was working great. We were only rewarding ourselves with a cheat day for every 10 lbs we lost. My max weight was 243.8....I currently weigh 230! Problem is boyfriends no longer on board wih the diet plan that was working so great for me! I've tried to lose the weight so many times over the past 10 years by myself and have never lost a significant amount of weight. My second child was just born 6 months ago and it's time!! Please lend your support and ideas on how to stay motivated when your trying to lose 100 lbs alone!!
