I started excercising (run 1-2 miles) and lifting weights ( full body workout) about four months ago and I was 6'1 215 pounds. I go to the gym every other day on a pretty regular schedule. I haven't lifted weights since highschool. I've gotten down to 195 but went up to 205 lbs and can't get anylower. Up until now I haven't used any supplements, vitamins, shakes, or anything else. What can I use to build lean muscle while reducing body fat and QUICKLY.
