I'm a worry wort and also have an addiction to over thinking . I lost 62 lbs in 2 months . I know it was really at most to fast and I can feel the changes and adjustments going on. I did keto but prob didn't do it at best only really ate bacon and beef and eggs didn't really have any nutrition. So latley at most sometimes my mind feels like it's playing games making me think of my future and some times dark and scary thoughts . I tend to blow right pass them but with anxiety can be hard. I'm not going medication as I'm gonna do this the most natural such as eat healthier and organic ! But hey I'm hoping to here some success stories or something I am going through ! Also my nutritionist said this is a big part in loosing weight all the toxins and more haha

Something that helps me is listening to music or watching movies/reading books about people who have worked hard to get where they are and build their way up from nothing. Every morning have a good breakfast of oats, fruit, vegetables and a protein source, which will give you the energy you need to start the day on a high note. Go for an early walk for 30mins-an hour, this will put you in a good position for the day, then continue from there.

At night, watch or read something that will motivate you to do just as well the next day.

I must tell you that 62 lbs per 2 month is VERY IMPRESSIVE. You should be proud of yourself and you can be an example for many people.
Do things you like. Make some trip, go shopping, go to cinema. Do whatever you want, you deserve it. We eat to live and not live to eat. Doing things which make you happy is the key.
