Welcome to the site. Check out www.exrx.net for some good info on building routines. Look around the nutrition and healthy recipes sections for advice on food. Then check out the Supplements FAQ for good info.

The first thing i would start doing is cardio!!! To lose body fat. The second things I would do is look at your diet!

Everything else comes after this. Diet and cardio are your main concern right now.

Cardio is not the answer to fat loss. Fat people finish marathons all the time and they do crazy amounts of cardio. Strength training, hypo-caloric diet intake, and some amount of HIIT would be the most beneficial choice. But you can get lean with no cardio.

What fitness school did you go to hun? Cardio and diet are two major problems with Americans. Most people are fat because they eat crap!!!
Now tell me, why would you tell someone to go injest chemicals into their body?? People need to start at the root of the problem. Not add to it. Half that stuff isn't even approved by the FDA. Real smart!

you can burn off the fat first and build muscle second.

or

you can build muscle first and the fat will drop off so quick you'll be scooping it up off the floor.
Your muscles are what burn calories, when your moving, when they are under stress, when they are healing and even when your standing still (your muscle hold you up remember)
so... the bigger your muscles the faster your metabolizm.
sure its important to do CV, but if you wanna look good, build muscle and it will take half the time.

note - dieting is hard work and can be a big strain on your will power as you are trying hard to loose something. When you build muscle you see new gains every week and it really helps lift your spirts. Ive tryed both and i'd never go back.

I'm comfused? Who said anything bout injecting non FDA approved chemicals? Did I miss something?

Edit after post: Having said that though, I do have to agree that 'eating crap' is a major contributor...

He said intaking HIIT.....

I don't mean "diet" like you would for a competition, I just mean watching out for the junk food and eating healthy. You're right you can't diet your whole life...that is insane, however you can choose to live a healthy lifestyle and maintain a healthy physique.

HIIT=high intensity interval training. I said nothing about a chemical.

Diet is simply what you eat. I don't refer to diet as a 'fad diet' but diet as in your diet is what you eat. In other words, I'm referring to a healthy lifestyle as you are.
