I need some help

Ok, well to start things off Im 257 pounds 6"4 Male. Ive been going to the gym and ive gotta really strong but i still have all this fat in my belly area and breast area. I really need help I don't know what to eat and what to do when i excersize. Their is a family vacation to Hawaii in August and i want to be able to take my shirt off in the pool without being embarrased. I also have to do swimming in P.E in JUNE. I need to get rid of my gut and man boobs for real. Any dietary tips and excersize tips would be wonderfull!


p.s I need to keep my muscle because im going to go for varsity football (i skipped a year so im gonna try to go straight to JV) I want to lose the belly and stuff but i still want to be able to control the line. oh ya and another p.s I cant run at all and have no idea how to get in condition because like i run out of breath after a lap around a track. 2 laps is like throwing up level for me

Try to eat healthy foods... Stuff that you know has nothing good for you (Soda, Chips, etc) dont eat! To lose weight, just do HIIT... and if you cant run, then do bike cardio which is easier... Im not sure if doing HIIT and Cardio will keep your muscles though... But thats my advice ;)
 
in order to keep most muscle mass while doing cardio make sure you have enough protein in your body to avoid catabolism while training..
