I work out twice a day for the past 3 months, with 2 off days. I am doing Crossfit and Insanity. Previously I worked out once a day. I have tried every diet to include not eating. But for the last 2 years I have been gaining weight. I have gone from 140 to 171 lbs. I am 5'4. I started taking GNC Ripped, and nothing. Im not sure what to do.
