I Need Help

So, I'll just start off with a bit of basic information I guess. I'm fifteen years old, a male, currently weighing in at around 174lbs :( I have one more exam to go this year (French, tomorrow afternoon) then I'm off for two and a half months. I don't know how much weight loss over that period of time is realistic, so I've yet to set a goal for the summer for myself, but overall I'd really love to get down to 135-150 depending on the muscle mass I gain.

I just really want to lose the weight because I get a lot of comments about my weight at school. Usually not from people trying to be mean, just jokes from people who have never been in a situation such as mine and don't understand that just because I take it well that doesn't mean it doesn't feel like crap.

My main goal in losing weight has been that there is no physical activity I enjoy. I can't stand running, I honestly hate each and every sport that I know of. There are two activities I enjoy, and even those only for short periods of time (swimming, trampoline).

However, I've reached a point where I'm sick of it. I'll sacrifice every day of my summer if need be, all I care about right now is getting to look and feel healthy again (Was quite fit up until two years ago).

So, there's some basic information + some extra for you.

Now, what I really need help with at this point is just setting up a routine. Please don't tell me exercise this amount this many times per week, I'm a creature of habit (currently bad habits) and I need routine. Unfortunately I can't afford to pay for a gym membership, and have nothing more than a broken old elliptical (don't know how to spell that word but I see no red line so maybe that's it).

Okay finally on to my specific things I need help with. I need to establish an exercise routine, keeping in mind I do not have access to any sort of exercise equipment. I also need help with my diet, this is a huge problem for me. As I previously said there are no physical activities I really enjoy, nor are there really any other activities I enjoy. Since I enjoy nothing, and eat when I'm bored.. You see how this is a very bad loop. I'm not in control of my diet very much, as I said I'm fifteen, parents do the shopping, little I can do as far as specifics.

I realize as I read this I've done a terrible job of explaining. Let me summarize:

- Help me establish some sort of diet/food plan keeping in mind I have limited options regarding food beyond the amount I eat.

- Help me establish an exercise routine keeping in mind the only almost exercise related equipment I have is an old elliptical, a trampoline, and a swimming pool.
