I'm 19 years old, 1.57m, 48kg. I'm thin is other part of my body except for my stomach. I have had flabby stomach for as long as i remember. What can I do to get rid of the fats??

You do sound on the thin side, however just because you SOUND thin you could have a higher pecentage of body fat, which can actually be very unhealthy.
However, if it is JUST your stomach that is flabby losing weight might not be good for you as it wont just go from your stomach, but everywhere.
You could be bloated? That could be what is making your stomach look bigger, maybe you have a wheat or dairy intolerance that is causing the bloating. You could try cutting out milk or wheat for a week and see if that works? Or do you have too much sodium in your diet? That can also cause you to bloat.
Doing exercises like crunches are not going to make it smaller, to get rid of body fat doing cardio like running, and resistance training will help. Also, cleaning up your diet just for your health alone is also a good idea.
