What are some good exercises too try… I have 3 months left on my gym membership so I want to put it to use before it’s over. I love the elliptical machine but I can’t do the treadmill because my boobies are big and they hurt if I run but I can speed walk.
Also how can I start toning the flab UNDER my arm? I need something simple if u guys can give me some feedback.
Besides water is there anything with flavor that’s good to drink?... And is OJ and okay item to drink in between the day?
