I need help with my daily workout routine?

About me:

Male, 18 y.o.a.
6'1"
205 pounds

Here is what I am currently planning on doing:

BEFORE WORKOUT

Take 3 Super NOS Pump pills from Body Fortress approx. 45 minutes before
Take 1 scoop of approximately 4,500 mg of 100% L-Glutamine Powder 30-45 minutes before (maybe less)

After that, I will go to the gym and I will do both cardio and weight lifting, starting with some light weight lifting first to warm up. I usually work out every major party of my body (traps, triceps, biceps, abs, lower back, calf's, thighs) and then run for at least 1 mile--most likely more--and go back to lifting much heavier free weights to truly strain my body. The entire workout lasts at least 2 hours and I want to do this every day. This isn't anything new; I've done this before but this will be my first time taking so many supplements and I want someone's opinion on it first before I do it.

AFTER WORKOUT (Immediately afterwards)
1 scoop, 33 grams, of Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder from Body Fortress
1 scoop, 48 grams, of Super Advanced Creatine from Body Fortress

I also drink at least 4 L of water every day.

Your pre-workout supplements suck. Don't buy them, don't waste your time taking them.

Your post-workout creatine sucks. You need NOTHING more than 5grams of 100% pure creatine monohydrate. Anything else in that 48gram scoop is sugar, artificial flavors, colors, and other crap you don't really need.

And I don't care for a 2 hour a day workout. You do NOT grow in the gym. You grow 48 hours after the workout. If you never rest your muscles you'll never grow.

I don't care how long you've done this. Its not very effective, and to me it looks like you aren't getting the results you want so you're trying a bunch of supplements, instead of smarter training and recovery.

I wonder if your diet is any good either...you should post that.

End result: lose most of your supplements, and only work a muscle group twice per week. don't do cardio between weights.

What's your goal here anyway?

Malkore makes good points - most of the supplements are unnecessary. you can get far greater gains by post workout meal, post workout recovery, and daily sensible diet.

Those areas aren't really mentioned here and I would be more focused on those areas myself.
