Hey guys, I am 17, 5'7 and 127Lb. I have always been an active person, matter of fact for the past 3 years I have been playing basketball 2 hrs a day almost 4-5 days a week, but of course I do get lazy and take weeks off sometimes or busy. I have pretty good "thick" legs with some signs of muscle however my upper body including chest and hands look really skinny. I do have some muscles on my arms however no chest and my head just looks huge because of it.
I have 2 months this summer with lot of time in my hands, and I really want to get a little "buff" or even abs, however I want to have someday abs with a buff body. At the moment I have been trying to lift some weights, in morning and continue basketball evening.
Here is what I have been eating lately:
Morning: Peanutbutter/J or 1 Donut or 3 chicken nuggets
Brunch: Plain Chicken Sandwich or Drumstick
Lunch- (Around 4Pm)- Another chicken sandwich sometimes fruit,
Dinnter(Around 9)- Chicken sandwich/Or chicken breast/stick...sometimes I bring Cinnamon Rolls
I also eat lot of orange juice during the day.
Also I am really having problem deciding whether to eat heavy before exercise, or after if I want to get "buff"
I also hate running on track, treadmills etc, but LOVE basketball and don't mind running while playing at all. I am starting to think I have been doing too much basketball than other workouts...
