I Need Help Quick

alright quick and simple i started off at 170 and i've had a great diet with prob 1500 calories a day...and 2-3 miles a day as well....i dont have a lot of fat especailly near the abs but i want the to come out more....it took about 3 weeks to finally see some difference on the scale....in 4-5 weeks i went from 170-164 and i hope its finally kicking in. THE PROBLEM IS that i usually drink 6-8 bottles of water a day and like all of a sudden i come home from work after 8 hours and i go from 164 to like 167 and i dont understand wat my true weight is and if nething is working...or maybe just throughout the day weight goes up and down and tomorrow morning i will be back to 164

1500 calories is TOO low. You need atleast 2000 in your diet. I'm probably guessing the weight loss was mostly water weight.

hey Danny dont guess how much u need. something many newbies to fitness fail to understand... losing weight isn't about starving urself, its about eating the rights foods and eating PERIOD , eat to lose fat.

visit this site and find out what EXACTLY calories you need to maintain your weight and create a surplus (bulk) or deficit (cut) .

Get up in the morning take a dump and a leak. Then weigh yourself. Do this for three days add then all together then divide it by three and there ya go.

I get on the scale several times a day... and your weight will go up and down durring the day as you hydrate. I loose 2-4 pounds a nite when I sleep... get up and use the bathroom... then weight myself... I gain anywhere from 2-9 pounds a day eating/drinking...

NBS is correct... weight yourself only in the morning... when you first get up after you use the bathroom.
