it has been 2 weeks and I never lose a pound??? I can't bet the 250 mark
I am now evening going to the gym 4 days a week for an hour to do cardio
whats going on??? pls help me bet this
 
Hi Melissa,
It sounds like your exercising is great, what are you eating? How are your calories? Are you getting enough? Where are you on your cycle? What's your sodium intake been? Are you retaining water?

It could be a lot of different things - have you used sites like or to track your foods? I've found when I don't lose it's because my calories are either too low or too high ;)
