I'll have to go with Mal on this one. You and only you can control what goes in your mouth. Did you friends stand there and force you to overeat and weigh as much as you do now ? Not one of them will stand up and say "I made him this fat" will they? YOU asked for help and then you make excuses why you don't want the help. I doubt, real seriously, that there isn't one person that posts here that hasn't been on your side of the coin. We are all looking for help but for the help to be truly help, YOU HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOU, no exceptions. I can sit down and eat a 24 oz. Ribeye and not bat an eye, I love red meat, but I don't because that's one of the things that made me 100 pounds over weight. MY BMR is 2300 calories and I try to eat 1800, I don't starve myself, I just try to eat healthy and manage the proportions I eat. I try to balance my diet with low fat, carbohydrate, and protein, cutting sodium and sugar. It's not rocket science if you want to lose the weight, the tools are available for you to do it and keep it off, there is no overnight cure. It'll take hard work and sacrifice on your part. From what I've read so far you aren't willing to make the hard choices that need to be made, to make it happen. It's your decision, we can't make it for you.
