So I am 17 years old and I am trying to lose about 14 pounds. I have been tracking my calories and have been getting about 1100 a day. I want to lose weight, but I'm not eating enough calories. I know you need at least 1200 calories. I don't wanna eat any more because I eat a lot of fruit and drink a lot of milk and those have TONS of sugar in it and doesn't sugar turn into fat? What are some foods I could eat that are really low in sugar. I'm not a big fan of some vegetables, but I like some. What else is there and what should I eat? Is it okay to eat about 60 grams of natural sugar a day? (From milk and fruit) Thanks!
