Hello, i really need help. i did not know where to post it but i guessed here since it has to do with nutrition i guess.
I am 19 years old and i am very skinny. I mostly eat fast food and really want to start working out but i don't really know what to eat or do.
I am going to sign up to the gym next Monday and i am going to go every single day plus i also am going to start bike riding again (long painful bike rides lol) The thing is, when i eat i get full very fast. Is there some pill or food that can help me get fatter or more hungry or something? Is there some shakes that i can take to help me? What should i be eating? Is there a good nutrition plan on what i should eat daily?
I will be reading more topics in all these forums cause they are pretty useful but there is so much to learn and i don't know where to start xD
