Weight-Loss

Hi everyone,
I'm new here. Let me introduce myself. I'm a 22 year old f, 5'3'' and I currently weigh 150 lbs. My current BMR is 1800. I'm planning on losing the 24 lbs I've put on the past 2 years and building some muscle mass since I'm going to be graduating from med school in about a year and a half and I need to be in top shape for the specialty that I hope to get into (fingers crossed). I'm new to the whole good nutrition thing. I’ve basically starved myself form age 13 – 20 years and in the past 2 years I've made really bad choices when it came to what I put into my body. So any advice will be surely appreciated. My typical school day is filled with classes back-to-back from 7 am till 3 pm with only a 1 hour break at 12 pm which I usually use to check out the new admissions. I’ll be doing 9 rotations this upcoming semester. So that will be lots of fun! :jump: So here's what I have so far

6 am: egg white omelet, 1 slice of whole grain bread, 1 grapefruit
9 am: whey protein, 1 banana
12 pm: whey protein
3:30 pm: chicken beast, 1 cup brown rice
6:30 pm: grilled fish fillet, 1 cup broccoli
9:30 pm: casein protein
Total: 1376 cals (46% from proteins, 42% from carbs, 12% from fats)

I'm concerned that I'll be consuming too many calories. Again, any advice / suggestions will be really appreciated.

Regards,
