I am 278lbs, was 340 last year, started diet and excercise again last week. We walk at least 30 miles per week but up to 50 miles total. I work as an apartment cleaner 5 days a week, 7 hours a day. I weighed 286 last week before starting this week & I am now 278, which is 1lb heavier then Monday, I eat 2000 calories a day or less and not really any junk food. How have a gained a pound this week and lost 9lbs last week.... Its really discouraging.
