i need hel losing my post-pregnancy weight and toning up!

I am 5'6, and I weight around 165..i just had my third son on april 4th 2006, im having trouble loosing the weight this time, and thats probably cause i cant afford to buy the diet pills i told after having my 2 other boys.. i was wondering if someone can help me start and give me some tips.. i need help with supplements, diets, etc.. we can talk over e-mails or IMs, i have man messenger and aim. i would also really like someone to workout with. it might sound sad, by i need motivation from somebody, otherwise i'll just make excuses to myself. any help would be really great!!

The weight loss FAQ might be the first place you should look. The thread has a lot of great info on it. Welcome to the forum.
 
Welcome to the site.

The reason you are not losing is because you are not properly educated on nutrition and exercise. Diet pills are not the only thing you should look into when trying to "lose" weight. Why not strive for a healthier you? Read up on nutrition and fitness programs here at this site, use the little search feature in the upper right corner. Supplements are not the answer and should only be used as their name implies, to supplement a sound program.
