I need advice please

Hey everyone im David and im 15 at 6'1 and 175 pounds
I not over weight at all I am just like any other guy and want to tone up only thing differant is I have the time and equipment and I am comited.
I try to workout every day but am unorganized and dont know what I am doing really.
i have a bench dunbels curl bar and a workout ball
I really wanna lose about 10 pounds before i tone up really good so can anyone help me with some advice and tips on losing weight and toning

BTW when i work out it useally consist of
dunbell on eatch arm 15 LBS sets of 3 (15 first set, 10 2nd set, 8rd)
2 sets of 10 on the flat bench press 90 LB
2 sets of crouches (50-70 a set)
And if im really board and have nothing to do ill sometimes
get 3 sets of 10 on my inclined bench i use dunbells

When i watch TV inbetween commericals ill go do 2-3 reps of pull ups

You've got really all the equipment you need. Maybe a pull up bar would be beneficial.

As for your exercises, change it up each day. Perform different, new exercises each workout.

As for losing weight, you want to have a strict diet. Eat protein and carbs that are high in fiber. Avoid sugar and fatty foods. Also, foods that are high in sodium.
