I need advice/help

Hello! I'm coming to here because I heard it was a great place to help jumpstart my weight loss adventure.

A little about me.

I'm 18, about 6'0 and about 240 lbs :(. I was about 215 when I graduated, then I broke my ankle and had to have surgery to repair the ligaments two days later. Since then I have ballooned to 240lbs. I work 40hrs a week and attend school for a total of 13 credit hours. My family doesn't eat healthy at all so it looks like I'm alone.

I do have real bad habits, I find it easier to just go grab launch from a restaraunt rather than pack a healthy lunch at 6 in the morning.

I plan on getting a membership to the Y this friday, I just really need your help and pointed in the right direction.

Also, is there any way I could get help on making a workout routine that could fit my schedule?

to get started i recommend joining weight watchers. I went on the core plan, they'll explain it to you when you get there. they will teach you how to eat healthy and they provide a good support system. one personal tip i can give you is to make your own food and never, never eat out. its healthier and saves you money
