I Need Advice About Hoodia And Other Herbs...

I know that Hoodia isn't an herb btw. I need to lose 40lbs and I already have a exercise plan planned out (horse care, swimming, aquatic fitness, gym(tone only) and hopfully horse back riding.

Mt question is: Does Hoodia work? Are there any other herbs or products that will help boost my metabolism and reduce hunger.

You can lose weight by having your nutrition in check... making sure you're getting adequate calories - and enough protein..

What do you mean by gym(tone only)?

Exercise helps with metabolism.. Anytime your calories are in deficit you're metabolism is going to drop - herbs are not going to help with that.
 
Hi, just to let you I've tried a whole bunch of hoodia and got scam, I'm still on a search though for a good product, but nothing so far, will let you if I come across a good product.

If you were to combine proactal with a great exercise program, you should easily achieve your goals.
 
You don't need those "magic pills", a good 'ole healthy diet and moderate exercise is the healthiest route.

Gee and if you were to combine proper nutrition with an even mediocre exercise program you could easily achieve your goals too... and without spending money..
 
The secret of loosing weight is to each slightly less and exercise slightly more, hoodia will suppress your appetite. However in terms of exercise, buy yourself a heart montor and have a look at your fat burn pulse rate and work at that level, obviously get checked out by a doctor first.
