I need a running program

I'm going to start officiating football next year. Im already licensed to umpire baseball so the sports officiating world isn't new to me. However I need to start some kind of running program to build endurance. I already HIIT some (although I have been lax here lately, Im having some problems that seems to be sucking the life right out of me) and I need to get going, next fall will be here before I know it.

Any ideas?
 
Watch a game, watch the ref, see how much time he spends sprinting, running, jogging, walking and standing still. Also note turns, ducks, jumps etc.

Go out and replicate it with all the relevant breaks. Build it up so you can do even more than a top level ref.
