i need a new work out plan

well i wanna try some of the stuff you guys are doing i usually run for 20 mins then lift weights but i've been stuck at 288 for a while i wanna see them pounds drop i fit in too my old clothes much better now but i just wanna see my body weight go down any advice or any plan will do if it has worked for you pm me or post it here
