I need a new ab workout routine!

i am 6'2 about 175lbs..no diet, i eat whatever i want. im gonna start running tomorrow and i was wondering what are some good workout and diet routines for my height and weight? my stomach is in shape but i feel like im getting a gut so i need to get rid of it. i really need lower ab workouts but also workouts for every area of the abs. so what is a very good ab routine and diet? please help.
