Sport I need a good Diet Program....

Trying to lose my love handles and it would be great if someone could recommend a good healthy diet for me to lose fat.

it's worked for me, so i would have to say the atkins diet. ive seen the best fat loss from it. but i also reccommend a good excersize routine. Cardio is really good, a good 30 mins could do alot along with a diet and some ab excersizes. But be sure to include your obliques if you do ab excersizes.

Atkins is a waist of time. Plz no don't do it. You'll gain the weight back. What your body does is break down protein into carbs. And excess protein is stored as fat. They may be able to prove certain things ab it but its bogus.

obliques? Your kidding. That is such a small muscle group. Target the larger ones 3X per week monday, wednesday, friday. 3-4 solid workouts a day. 60 secs. rest b/w sets to start off with.
 
well regaurdless of what you all think, what's worked for me has worked and helped me lose and keep off 80 lbs. but we all lose weight differently, so im giving advice based on what's helped me.
