Weight-Loss i need a daily meal plan please

hello I'm 28 years old, 5ft 11 inches in height, and i weigh in at 210 lbs i would like to lose around 28 lbs the problem i have is i Had a accident and hurt my knee and wrist few years ago so i really need to rely more on my diet rather than exercise at moment, i understand that you need to eat the correct calories but what I'm struggling with is setting out a good weight loss eating program. does anyone have a daily meal planner which can help me. at moment i have a 38 inch waist and would like to get back to a 32/33 inch waist as i have a full wardrobe full of clothes which i cant get into.

please help Ive tried most things and diets don't work as weight piles on again.

Start by reading the stickied threads in this forum

then with the info that you've learned in the stickied threads get your reasonable calorie range to shoot for

Then ger an account at and keep track of your calories

the only way you will be successful is to eat what you like and to learn how to create a meal plan for yourself
