I need a custom workout plan to gain weight/muscle.

OK here is the problem im 24yrs old and 122lbs, i know what your thinking there's something wrong with me but i just can't gain weight. I don't eat properly and 2 times a day i hate breakfast and i barley workout, but i wanna change i don't want to be like this forever, but i need to know whats the best thing for me right now should i buy whey protein or mass/weight gainer (on a budget here so not both and massive quantity of meat). I'm starting to do about a 100 push ups a day for the last 2 weeks 4 times a week but I don't really see a difference. I also have bought a pull up/chin up bar wondering how many should i do set/reps/ how many times a week.

Please help create a workout program for me. thanks in advance.

Hi there,
I quess you are serious and want to gain.
My surgestion would be to really stop doing a lot of reps of push ups - this will not change much for you.
If not, you should join a gym, and start focus on some heavy training 2-3 times a week. Might be training for Hard Gainers - That really concentrates on few and heavy exercises. If there is not something wrong with your digestion - You will get hungry fast - When training like this.
My own experience would be to concentrate on eating really food - Enjoy prepare it and enjoy eating it.
Hope this helps you.
Best regards

High reps are not good for muscle building, when you do press ups do them very slow, have very good control and do a full motionl, hold in the lower and upper positons, don't fully straighten you arms in the upper position. See how that feels. try 10 - 30 reps.

Same technique with other exercises you can do at home like tricep dips, get some dumbbells if you can.

Try and eat more, protein rich foods, you also need carbs for energy, you could try a weight gain, it will give you a boost of carbs and protein, if you start putting on fat, move to a protein supplement.
