I Need A Boost!

Hello everyone,
i have been losing weight since the 9th of decembed 2010 and im currently on my way to losing my 4th stone.

my start weight was 20 stone and im down to 16 stone and 11 lbs.

i have been doing it all on my own by just counting calories n exercise but the thing is the last week or two my weight has been like a roller coaster n cant seem to hit my small goal of 16 stone!!

i just need a big boost to help me shift the weight, am i doing anything wrong???
 
First of all, well done on the weight loss so far, that's huge.

Secondly, I think it'd be helpful to talk more in depth about how you're going about this. How many calories are you trying to consume, on what basis did you choose this number, and how are you calculating them? What kinds of foods are you eating? What kind of exercise are you doing and how much/ how often? Has anything changed in the last few weeks? How's your sleep? I may or may not be able to suggest things, but I'm sure I and/ or others will be able to help more with more information.

Also, have you thought about setting up a diary in the appropriate subforum so that people can track your progress on a more regular basis (and give you support)? You might be doing something that you don't think much about but that done consistently over days or weeks might cause problems.
 
If you answer my questions here it might also help you to get more immediate help if there's an obvious problem.

Having a diary also has the advantage of allowing you to look back at your own progress and reflect on what you're doing.
