I love running

running feels good; however, I heard from a baseball website of jon doyle's that jogging is not good for basball or softball. so I am going to change it up a bit monday when I run on the track in the morning. I have done this before a couple of times and it felt better than jogging did. running, sprinting, and then walking..and then doing it over again. plus I want to become faster. I felt good the last time I did it.

if you do not run, I suggest going ahead and do it. its fun, keeps you healthy, and you feel good. do a mixture of running, jogging, and sprinting even if the sprinting is 30 seconds. =)

I've started doing intervals like these, and I must agree - I am really digging doing just a 20min workout of jogging and sprinting. It makes me feel great for the rest of the day

yeah, sprints would be way better for a baseball player, since they need to get from base to base as fast as possible. duration isnt' important...speed it all there is (plus agility for rounding each base)
