In 0ct-Nov-Dec 07 I decided to start at a private studio in Denville NJ where this personal trainer only takes few clients at a time. Lucky enough I hooked up with him and his diet regimen and exercise methods made me drop at total of 75 lbs!!!!!!!. I moved to Michigan and am still trying to find a good trainer here to fine tune. Or a support group. This trainer in Jersey that as far as am concerned you can call him the God of fitness travels but charges lots of money cannot afford that.
