I lost 6lbs less than...

Hi guys? I have lost six pounds in just five days already. I been mostly staying away from bread (which is a killer when trying to get slim) and salty potato chips. I have been eating turkey burgers (no bread) along with a salad everyday (no seasoning or dressing), and I notice how quickly I have lost six pounds already. I drink only water and for a snack peanuts. And that is just about it! I been staying away from junk food, salty potato chips (which caused my weight gain in the first place), but now I have gotten this over eating habit under control. Cheers! ^_^
