Can't believe I went from 230 lbs to 209 in such a short period of time. I have to say the video helped me out a lot. It explained to me the routine and also gave me a free e-book, which goes into detail on how to stay consistent. The problem people have when trying to loss weight is laziness and lack of motivation. However, with the help of this book you'll change your life around before you even know it. :hurray: I can now stand next to people who are slimmer and feel confident. I no longer have to make up an excuse when people ask me take a picture. I also notice I get a lot more attention and I owe it all to this e-book. I can honestly say this is one book that I would actually pay money for. Overall, my body feels healthy physically as well as mentally and most importantly, Im happy. :)
