Wen i saw that on the scale i freaked, so i started runnin 2 times a day (a ran once a day b4), and after 2 weeks ive dropped down to 189. i havent cut ma food intake derasticly, u might say i eat around.. 2000 calories a day or a lil less. but i always hear bout ppl saying that losing weight that fast isnt healthy, so should i continue this? or should i change something

Do they not teach high school kids now to spell and write properly anymore? :D

As for your question... you're not going to have a choice, it's going to slow down. Drastic and fast weight loss at first is usually water weight, not fat. There's probably a plethora of details you could give and everybody else could analyze, but at those kind of calories, you're just not going to be able to continue to lose at that rate indefinitely.

so everything is still healthy right? as long im not doin sumthin unhealthy, im good

I'm not going to say you're not doing anything unhealthy, simply because you have supplied so little detail, basically only saying you eat around 2,000 calories a day and run twice a day. There's a whole bunch of blanks to be filled in there, but I'll leave the detailed analysis to some of the other folks.

But... the sheer fact that you dropped a fairly significant amount of weight like that right at first isn't unhealthy in itself, as it's pretty common and mostly water weight. Just don't expect that to keep happening. Once the water weight falls off, you need to be shooting for 1-2 pounds per week, not 5 or more.

Agreed with Corn, we are going to need some more detail. Read the Harsh Truth:read before posting thread at the top of this forum section, and give those details in your next response.
