I like eating

Yeah, it's bad. Ever since I started eating healthy I spend way too much time thinking about and craving food. Anyone else like that?

I would like to go back to before when I just naturally ate when I am hungry. Instead of that automatic signal that I get after two - four hours "hmmm... you've been without protein for a while, better do something about that!"
 
I hate eating. It's a burden to look for, obtain, and consume large amounts of food on a frequent basis.
 
lol I love to eat too! Though i was just a pig and ate when I was around food that looked good rather than when i was hungry. Now I just eat when i want just make sure its not covered in sugar, deep fried or anything like that.
 
It's just the planning that gets abit annoying sometimes.

Like if I'm going out to college at 9am, and will only be back at 10pm at night, I have to organise what I'll eat all day and take it with me in the morning.

It's abit annoying leaving the house with several cans of tuna, butties, packs of cooked meat etc. Like being a mobile fridge..

Plus sometimes I don't fancy the same old chicken breast on it's own cold. But it's got to be done.
 
Well just now iv cheated like f**k and just had a huge pork pie, packed with high calories. Definately will give me heart failure when im 37.
 
everytime I get sick I crave greasy fried food. I think I'm going to go have a big ass burger for lunch today.

This is a very wise choice among mediation with your sickness and fitness goals.:devil: (insert sarcasm) :)

Hmmmm, actually a dirty sweaty McD's would do me fine. 2 Large big mac meals and 6 chicken nuggets.... love it.

Haha, having to eat massive volumes to get the calories I need from lean foods has given me the capacity to consume vast quantities at one time. That means that if I have a cheat meal it can get easily out of hand. I can eat a large Dominoes Full house pizza and still be hungry now :)

If it's McD's then it's 20 Chicken Nuggets with a Big Mac and large milkshake on the side and an apple pie to finish. But it's all such crap that I feel hungry again 2 hours later

Oh s***, I just remembered I ate an 18" pizza over Christmas, that's awful :(
