Yeah, it's bad. Ever since I started eating healthy I spend way too much time thinking about and craving food. Anyone else like that?
I would like to go back to before when I just naturally ate when I am hungry. Instead of that automatic signal that I get after two - four hours "hmmm... you've been without protein for a while, better do something about that!"
