hello my name is saif, im a 20 years old guy my height is 177cm and right now my weight is about 73kg, which is really depressing because i used to be 68kg 2 months ago and i gained way too many weight in a short period of time because i ate way way too much and i feel very uncomfortable walking i feel like im carrying a rock in my stomach.

a year ago i used to be 102kg but with 4-5 mouths of exercises i went down to 65kg but slowly increase to ~70kg when i stopped exercising and i am going back and lossing all the weight i gained, my aim is to be 59-65kg and my diet will consist of 2 meals a day turkey/tuna sandwich with lots of water to drink

so my plan is to wake up to go to uni at 10am, come back home around 3pm, and start exercising at 4pm by walking 25min and jog for 15min on my treadmill and at 5-6pm eat a turkey/tuna sandwhich and again eat the same food at around 9-10pm again, thats it, it worked for me in the past do you really think i should still continue this? or change a few things? and when do you estimate i will loss weight?

(note im not gonna eat breakfast theirs just no way when i started losing weight i didnt eat any breakfast and im going to continue doing this even though its no recommended)

Firstly - well done for bringing your weight down from 102kg to the 65 to 73kg range. That is an excellent achievement.

I am sure that you will realise that at 73kg your BMI is 23.30 so still in the healthy range.

Maintenance can be tricky - because your body has got used to healthy habits - it is little surprise that you saw a gain after you stopped exercising.

Your plan looks great to me - in fact it should be quite straightforward to bring your weight down in this manner. I think that your bigger issue is going to be in maintenance once you get there... You have already seen how your weight goes up if you stop exercising and release control too much when you get there.

You have done it before and can do it again - just remember that it doesn't all stop on the day you get to goal weight.

It seems like you know the tricks that work for your body. Id just make sure you're still getting the proper daily nutrition needed. I know for my body that's how I gain all the weight back.

Like Omega said, You've done it before and you can do it again.
