I just bought Whey Gold Standard and...

when am I supposed to drink it. A trainer told me to drink it after I eat. 3 times a day. But the lady that sold it to me told me to just drink it after I work out. Who is right??
 
drink it after a workout, thats what i do.
 
Drink it post workout and anywhere in your diet when and where you lack protein.

For instance, if you're eating a salad or something, I'd whip up a p shake to drink with it.


Take note that my method is highly unscientific. There are better explanations out there.
 
i have one in the morning which keeps me full for my morning college classes and then after a workout to prevent muscle loss
 
post workout is a good time because your body is craving nutrition at that time.

another for a snack with some nuts would work.

I'd limit it to two shakes a day. most of your food shoudl be whole, not reconstituted powder.
 
I like to take a cassein based protein right before bed.
