well its 11:06pm and im staying in tonight and going out with mates tomorrow. I just ate a bit of rocky road, peanut butter on wholemeal slice bread, and a few crackers. ugh i feel so gross and guilty now...i always fail..im trying to get from 59kg to 48kg.....any tips or help?

The worst thing you can do it beat yourself up and feel guilty. That only leads to "defeat" and you'll find yourself binge eating more and more and more. Instead tell yourself "well, that wasn't the smartest choice, but I'm going to move on. From this moment forward I'm making healthier choices." You'll thank yourself later and find that little "set backs" aren't the end of the world, they are good for remotivation.

You can do it!
 
If it reallyt was a bit of rocky road, peanut butter on toast, and soem crackers -where some crackers isn't 2 boxes and a bit of rocky road isn't the entire 1/2 gallon container - you really need to get some perspective and a major reality check....

What you ate can easily be factored into even a very low calorie plan..

Are you just being dramatic that you think that was a binge?
 
Yeah I second that. That could possibly throw your day's planning slightly off, but it sounds like you could easily counterbalance it by going a bit lighter the next day or through the rest of the week. You have to allow yourself room to splurge every once in awhile or it won't work in the long term!

Your goal is long term, forget yesterday and focus on the future.
