I have questions!

I am a 13 years old girl. I weight 56 to 59 km ( which goes up and down) and my height is 157cm. I had tried to diet before it works and my weight went down very fast but it doesn't last so long then it came up again. I usually eat vetgetables for my diet as well as tofa and i would usually run for 2 km a day. I want to lose weight so can anyone give advice that will help me pls? thank you everyone
 
In order to lose weight you need to know a number of factors. If you like something that will definetely work you need to do a calorie diet. Find your daily calorie intake levels (you can find calculators on search engines) and then subtract that number by 500. Along with HIIT (High Intensity interval training ) and some weight training if you have any, you should be able to burn 2-5 pounds per week depending on your weight.
