I am new to this whole diet think. I am 163cm, weigh about 65kg and would like to get down to 58kg. I am doing good with exercising but are having trouble with my diet. Today I ate:
Breakfast - 3 weetbix with skim milk
Lunch - 3 weekbix with skim milk ( I dont usually have this for lunch I normally have a chicken and salad roll)
Dinner - Chicken stirfry with veges and Alfredo sauce. Also some spiral pasta on the side
Snack - 1 carrot
Drinks - water with a bit of rasberry cordial mixed in.
Any suggestions would be fantastic.
