hey everyone
Okay so, I've read a lot of things about your 'daily calorie intake' and things like that, but they really mean nothing to me...
I try to understand things like that, but it's always in one ear out of the other, so I thought I'd ask some questions here.
How do you go about calculating your calorie intake? It always confuses me with let's say a meal, you've got: X ingredient, Y and Z, you combine XYZ, do you just add the calories and that's how you work it out? Also, how do you work out calories in veg', fruit etc?
Also, when it comes to dieting, basically.. umm, how much should I eat? (I'm 18, male, 15 stone, vegetarian, allergic to caffeine, milk and eggs... so really, I should just say vegan).
could anyone possibly tell me some nice recipes or a website with them or something with the aim to losing weight (obviously in conjunction with exercise)
