Sport I have learned the key to successfully losing fat.

The key is to just ****ing do it! I have been slacking off for a long time with this fat on me but the whole key is to just freaking do it! Eat calorie deficits every day (unless it's part of your program not to), do not skip cardio sessions or workouts, etc. etc.!

Just do it!
 
Consistency is my worst enemy :(

2-3 days suck

I'll end up maintaining :/


Except last week I lost 2-3 pounds ;)

I stopped doing low carb because the diet just makes you go crazy for carbs and you end up bingining. all you really have to do is just eat under 500 maintenance everyday and aim for 1-2 pounds of fat loss a week and maintain your strength.

Its just a matter of sticking to it.

Which reminds me the holidays are coming around....................
