I have heard many things about intermittent fasting and I never thought it would work for me. I gave it a try last week and I was shocked at the results! What I did was eat a coupe of meals that day and I didn't eat anything after 6pm.
I didn't eat anything until 3pm that next day. You would believe how much better I felt by doing this. The past year I have had a problem with gout in my big toe. I had noticed that the pain and stiffness went away and before then my big toe was constantly in pain.
What I thing it had done for me was that it "cleansed" my body. I think I will try to do this 2 to 3 times per week. I wasn't real irritable as I thought I would be...I think it was because I ate in the evening time.
Has anyone tried or had any success with eating this way?
