I'm new here. I gained alot of weight with my children. And have been doing everything it seems in the last 10 years or so to lose it without losing. On Dec 18th, I separated from my husband because of a certain thing I saw and I really haven't been eating. I have lost 19 lbs since then. Then my boss said that she would pay for one month at the gym for anyone that wanted to join, so i said what the heck, might as well. So i went in for my first session today and also joined the kickboxing class too. I have found my motivation: I want to lose weight and show him what he has lost, lose weight and find a good guy, and lose weight to give myself some self esteem. I feel good about it. I am excited. So wish me luck. hope to make some friends here.
