I have a question..

Im new here, my names jordan. I weigh about 310 pounds. And my diet consists of mainly carbs, and about a gallon of milk a day lol. I also tend to eat a lot before bed. Do you guys think that by simply cutting way down on milk, and watching how many carbs i eat I can lose some serious weight? Im kind of new to this but it has become a problem, id like to be comfortable in my body
 
Jordan, yes it is possible, I would suggest starting a thread in the diary section to start tracking your food, so that members here can offer some suggestions as to what changes will get you to your goal.
 
Hi Jordan, It is difficult to lose your weight without Exercise & work out. If You watch your diet daily then it will helpful for your fitness. :)
 
No carbs and drink water. Gross at first but you'll learn to avoid carbs and love water.
