I have a question for you all

I'm 18 and 125lbs. Been this weight almost 4 years straight. Just started eating more and started the P90 home workout (6 days a week). Should I use whey protein shakes? If so, how many times a day? My body sucks at getting used to new things. Really wanna gain weight and get in shape. Thanks!

You can take protein supplements if you want. Supplements generally are not essential to gain muscle mass, but they can help depending on what your diet is like. I usually recommend protein supplements for people if they're more than a few hours away from their next meal time or for people who just generally don't eat a whole lot protein-rich whole foods.

If you do start so supplement, I'd just recommend once per day, following your workout. Don't take any more than 30g, as that's about as much as your body will be able to absorb.
 
Yeah, I would start using protein shakes since you're underweight for your height. I would make a shake with a banana, milk and 1 scoop of protein in the morning, as soon as you wake up. I would also take another shake with just water and 1 scoop of protein after your workout.
